I called and want to talk to the district manager but the district manager calls me back but she calls with a blocked number and no number shows up on caller ID she gives the number of OnCue to call her back which you can never get through to. This is a district manager that doesn't care and doesn't know what she's doing. I have a legitimate complaint and nobody to listen. If you're coming back a customer use a number that has a number attached to it so I can return the call. Shame on you for your unprofessional attitude

This is a large chain store that has A large population of customers. I go in there. And they are out of the type cigarettes that I'm wanting.. You cannot tell me that they don't have enough purchasing power to buy A Great selection. Apparently they're purchasing Between supply and demand is inadequate. Get it together! Also I am a big fan of biscuits and gravy. And the biscuits and gravy sucks.! I would love to come there and eat a breakfast that I would appreciate. But there is no flavor and the gravy sucks.

A couple years ago I would have been praising oncue for their affordable prices and friendly staff at this location. Now you can't even get hot dogs without feeling like you just got held at gunpoint. Staff is inconsistent at best and not the friendliest. Used to go in and grab creamer for my coffee when I could not make it to the store and it was always a friendly interaction and I would pay for the creamer and be on my way. Now they try and upcharge 2.35 for a tiny bit of creamer so they can make their 10000% profit on their cheap Styrofoam cup.Crazy how it went from a daily routine where I make multiple stops getting gas and spending my money there, and now I dread making a stop there and avoid it of I can. Jeez. Lay off your employees about charging people for breathing in your store.

The items on the rollers were not labeled correctly. This caused me to end up purchasing some unknown food item that I couldn’t eat. Seriously, I couldn’t even tell what it was supposed to be. Some kind of tube shaped “chicken” nugget? Disgusting. Completely ruined my lunch.

I did not see any Hispanics working there, did you know Hispanics will inherit North America. Demographic projections for the united states' has Hispanics will be the majority, so as such Americas future is Hispanic resettlement.

I came in here and purchased a stupid amounts of items Beverages,snacks etc. -like almost 30 dollars worth of snacks and the machines wasn’t working but the guy at the front name led “Jacob”worked his magic with the Machines and got me set. Keep up the good work brotha man! ???

Terrible service. The employees will stand and chat with a line of 10 people and do nothing. They turn off the pay at pump to make it exceptionally inconvenient to fill up. Likely because they want you to walk in and experience their atrocious customer service and pay a 300% markup for the inconvenience.
