Went there for a oring he said it would take 3 to 4 hours for him to look showed a picture of the transmission & where the oring went and he asked me if it was a manual or automatic I just walked out customer service sucks everywhere

I go here when none of the parts house have a seal for my transmission. I like to use them with older vehicles because they always get the right part and I never have to go back four or five times either, like the local parts house

ive been using these guys for going on 40 years now and theyve always had the right stuff at the right price Lets be realistic...sometimes delivery methods drop the ball...and sometimes its the salesman...but overall theyre very reliable and have been there to help me out when I call. Thats pretty rare in todays world.
