This place is ok for gear or parts.
Their bike prices are definitely higher than any of the other dealers in town. The customer service aspect is either hit, miss, or terrible.

I made a 4 hour round trip yesterday to pick up some parts. I called the day before and they told me they had them in stock. They did not have them in stock. It took them over ten minutes to find the part numbers and then told me they would have to order the parts.
The parts guy wouldnt even look up from his keyboard when I asked him why I was told they were in stock yesterday. He just stood there silent, like a little baby until I walked out.
This place is a waste of time. Its a small hole in wall store with overpriced bikes, and incompetent employees.
Go anywhere else.
