Since they hired teenagers on Sooner Rd customer service has went down. Last 2 times I've been there had to honk for service and only one person has come out. Thinking very seriously about cancelling my account

Awesome business for supporting the military both active & retired and providing a free car wash!! My faith is our country is slowly being restored! Thanks Okie Express for the car wash today!!

Great experience at Okie express auto wash, well priced and great customer service. Was having trouble getting my card to work, and someone came out very quickly after I pressed the help button. For nine dollars the basic wash was well worth it, especially knowing they spray off the thicker dirt and bird poop before you go through the wash. Vacuums worked extremely well and the free mat wash and trash cans are easy to access.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Although I signed up at a different location, the memberships are handled centrally, and I see from reviews that others have had a similar experience that I had. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP... This place makes it nearly impossible to cancel a membership. I spoke to them in person and they told me they would cancel it. They assured me they would, but they didn't. After the next bill I again spoke to them in person to ask them to cancel it and refund the prior month... which they assured me they would but it never happened. This saga has been ongoing for months with continued billing and requests and nothing changed until finally, after MANY months of billing, they canceled my membership. They have done nothing to refund the months of charges after my first request to cancel. By the way, during those months of billing, I never received one e-mail communication such as a receipt or bill. This truly seems to be a SCAM. I highly suggest you take your money to another company that will not try to steal it from you and then hide from you, the customer, as this company does. Terrible experience and truly unethical business practices. AVOID!

I've been a member of this car wash for years, unfortunately that has come to an end! Poor service always! However I visited this particular location this week with the hopes of changing my plan, and was told by management I'm not allowed to change unless approved (which makes no sense)... I was given the business card to customer service, I've called every day, still no response!

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 6 months they keep billing me monthly i guess forever until i sue them which is stupid over $30 a month they are friccken crooks and scammers i liked them until i tried to cancel now i wouldnt go there if someone paid me to go

Do NOT get the membership from Okie Auto Wash. I moved out of the state in April and have been trying to cancel the membership since then. They have not responded to any of my emails or calls trying to cancel it, but keep charging me every month. Not to mention, finding a phone number to call was nearly impossible. It feels as if they purposely do not want to cancel my membership and are just ignoring me. I see other reviews mentioning the same thing, so this is a known problem that they are too lazy to fix. I am extremely disappointed in them and would never recommend them to anyone.

Pretty good all around. Water tends to get dirtyer at the end of the day. Morning is the best time if you can.

This has to be the worst car wash place in okc..no one working except two guy wiping down cars for wiping down car only....been sitting in my car waiting..I will never come back to this place..

I signed up with this car wash because it would be $20 a month cheaper than coulter. It has been a nightmare. The stickers do not work with their scanner. I've been issued new stickers. The new stickers do not work either. I have to go inside to the office every time I try to get a car wash. I go up on their website to cancel and enter these account numbers on the stickers, and the database says that I don't exist. I've made it very simple for them I've been to their office if they take any money out of my checking account next month I'm taking them to small claims court.

Definitely a great experience! The quality of service and wash was surprisingly superb definitely 10/10! I love how clean my car comes out after the washing process! Thank you for helping me become a wash member!
