10/10 Recommend Diamond Dog! As a large dog owner, it’s hard to find people that are comfortable handling them, and Christina, the owner, was amazing! My dogs were the WORST when I first walked in, and they helped me calm them down and still took them in. (To the point where I was going to leave) It was so comforting to know they understand dogs in new environments. The boys look great! SO SOFT AND FLUFFY! Thank you so much!! We will be back! There are some very nice people here and they did a good job with my dogs. However, today was the first time we have been there and we will not be back. There was a girl working up front that had an attitude issue and was just rude. This was very bad for a first impression.

In the past he has been groomed and boarded there with no issues. Ashley was great with him. I went to pick him up yesterday morning and they came out and told me he was a “mess” and I could take him or they would bathe him. I asked why he was a mess and was told he had peed and pooped in his kennel every night . I am like was he not taken out???? She said they feed at 6pm and then take them out at 7pm and they are not taken out again till 7 or 8 am the next morning.

I moved to Oklahoma from New York a couple of years ago and I was searching for a good place to bring Cookie to get groomed. After a couple of fails, I found Diamond Dog and I’m so glad I did. Great service and they always do such a great job. Highly recommend!

Took my 3 month old malamute/German shepherd to be groomed for the first time today. Wonderful experience. The owner Christina took him at 7am and we picked him up at 6:30pm and Christina was still there! Love to see a business owner so dedicated and passionate about what they do! He had lots of fun and looks great. He is absolutely exhausted and is enjoying this rainy evening by napping (which is unusual for his usual energetic self!). Thanks to all at Diamond Dogs. We will definitely be back!

Called them to ask if I could get my dogs nails trimmed. They said to come in anytime before 2. I went at 1:20 and called to let them know I was waiting. after 18 minutes I called again to let them know I was still waiting for someone to come get my dog. They said "oh, give me just one second." After another 5 minutes of waiting I just left. Thanks for wasting 30 minutes of my day! I will go to Cindy's Pet Grooming instead, where my time and business are appreciated.

Well i travel a lot so my baby TJ who is a Maltese was very dirty and a lil matted so when i got to OKC i brought him here after reading such good reviews and i must say she did a wonderful job on him i was very pleased and he will most definitely come here again💋

Love this place they are amazing with dogs and will work with you with what time is best to take ur dogs plus my puppies always look great after getting grommed I highly recommend it to everyone who has a pet!
