Great to work with. Very good communication. Bryan is very friendly and took the time to explain in simpler terms what was wrong with my vehicle. Sent my vehicle in during a freeze spell with windchills in the negative and they didn’t let that set them back. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I have used this shop a couple times and have always had great service from them! However, this go around has left me a bit furious. I had my non running car towed here to be looked at and was told it would be a week or so before getting looked at, which was totally fine cause it was Thanksgiving weekend. The following Friday I received a text saying my estimate for repairs was over $4,000 because the car needed a new engine. The text said reply “yes” and we will begin working on it or call to speak to the service manager. I called right away and spoke to a receptionist, I asked if we could have the vehicle parked out front where we could have it towed home because we weren’t going to dump $4,0000 into a 10 year old car with 170k miles. She said I would need to speak to the service manager and he was busy, so she took my name and number and said he we would give me a call. Come Monday, I still never heard from anyone so I called again asking for the manager to verbally explain to me exactly what they found wrong with the car, and what made them determine it needed a new engine. Again, he was busy so the lady took my name and number and said he would call back as soon as he could. I never heard back so Monday when I got off work I called a tow truck to come pick up the vehicle and tow home. The tow truck man called and said he didn’t think he would make it before 6:00 (when they closed) his ETA was 6:11. I asked the gentleman at the front office if we would still be able to access the car after 6:00 and he said “maybe, it depends if a mechanic is here after 6:00 or not” the tow truck man decided to go ahead and keep coming that way saying he would try his best to get there quickly. At 5:59, that same office man, started closing the gate and we asked if he could wait just a few minutes for the tow truck so we could get our car out of there and he pointed to a side gate saying we could use that one. He then sat in front of his car and smoked a cigarrete….the tow truck pulled in at 6:03 WHILE the guy was still standing there smoking a cigarrete. The tow truck driver said his truck wouldnt fit through the small gate and make the turn that was needed. All this happened while the receptionist man stood there watching us while smoking his cigarette. I walked over to him and explained that the tow truck driver wouldn’t fit through the side gate and he told me I could put the keys in the drop box and they could try again tomorrow. Also to mention, I am 40 WEEKS pregnant, expecting to go into labor at any moment. We really needed to get this taken care of and the gentlemen couldn’t even give us 10 minutes to hook up our car and let us be on our way. The lack of communication and customer service is AWFUL. I hate to be told I will get a call back (more than once) on seperate days and not hear a single word from them. Then, for someone to be in such a rush to smoke their cigarettes and get home, without even waiting 10 freaking minutes, is quite a bummer. I hate that this happened here because we genuinely liked this shop and have never had a problem here. After this incident, we may be finding a new shop for future needs.

They were cordial and attentive and answered all my questions, got my vehicle registered and set a date for estimate and appointment to begin repairs. All my insurance information was already in their computer system so it took only a few minutes.Very good customer service.Thankyou.

Do not recommend horrible communication. If you want to get updates on your vehicle then don’t come here. You constantly need to call to see where you stand. Picked up my car on promise date but front/back bumper were a different shade of gray. Left car there to fix. Paint job was better but still had flaws had scratches on some parts my rim was scratched and the front bumper is not installed correctly the gap between the hood and the bumper is not even one side has a bigger gap than the other. They offered to fix it but at this point they have had my car for two months. I don’t want to make it three month without a vehicle.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Hello my name is Angel, I am leaving this review due to my mother having a rough experience and I was not pleased with what I heard.I understand that I was not a customer that had to deal with the experience for the two months that her vehicle was in the shop but still not happy with how my mother was treated. None the lessi have also provided photos for proof and will relay with what the gentleman named Steve that handles the claims for customers vehicles. The start of the process of he claim was easy and very detailed on how the process will be from start to finish. Within the first month they let us know that it took a while due to making sure they had the paint correct and finishing the last accessories getting put back inside the car. Once we had arrived to the shop we did notice that the color was a bit off slightly. Color from the damage due to hail which is why the vehicle was sent in for to be repaired. The color when viewed was a very light purple that looked black at night but when the sun shines on it you could definitely tell a hint of purple. They apologize after a extensive argument to taking the vehicle back after 3 days to make the color charcoal grey as the factory had it. They finally decided to make up for it and took the vehicle back. Once in and two and half weeks after the vehicle is "Done" and "Complete" . We were confused on the amount of time it took the second time than the first. The pictures provided below show that damages left over and were stated " when we had gotten the vehicle the first time the vehicle had the same damage as it was brought in the first time." They let us know that on the report that had made for the claim that the damages are their but could not show them to my mother. The tint scratched and pealed in the inside when we had done it professionally, a gap on both sides of the bumper where my finger points where it sticks out a little than it should, the scratches on the inner side of the front windshield, and as well as the gap from the visor that blocks the sun. The particular small damages left over and still claimed by the shop that that's how they received the vehicle. (Please note that small damages are also common by other customers after leaving the shop in the review on their website) the shop did not attempt to make any offer for repairs of left over damage until my mother had left a review and contacted my mother the next morning. The time, money, frustration wasted on this place after being recommended being the best place in OKC to have vehicle repairs. I am a manager of a warehouse and I believe that customer satisfaction of a 1000,% of 100 is more important than making the claim and taking people's money and moving on to the next in my opinion. Please note that I have decided to move on to a different body shop for the damage I have on my vehicle and I know for sure that I will get better quality service and a quality repair than from what I was recommended here. Last note for everyone that decided to go with OKC auto good luck and I hope you have a better experience than my mother being disrespected by their team and leaving with a half job done with damages. I hope they could get better at their service and repair work in the future. Much luck to the shop.

OKC Body Works has worked on my vehicle 3 times. As far as I’m concerned they are the best in the business. They have always kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, you won’t find a better repair shop in this area. I was stood up for my appointment to get an estimate. I made another trip back to get an estimate. It was not a definitive estimate so I asked for it in writing. I was told I would need to leave my car for 2-3 days to get an estimate. Then I was told repairs for hail damage could take a month or two. That was a longer time frame, full of unknowns, than I was prepared for. An extra week or two on repairs possible but an extra month? And 3 days to complete an estimate seemed absurd.
