Sent a few print jobs in for brochures this week. 2 out of 3 turned out awesome! The 3rd…not so much, BUT Jonathan “Paper Wizard” worked on it and kept me updated with the progress over the days. He didn’t over promise, but he did deliver. He took a not so great production by the print team and turned it around and also gained a customer who will trust him again when needed for an important print project.Jonathan is not your average employee. He stands out with outstanding customer service. He offered to refund my project and it wasn’t necessary. Jonathan went above and beyond to correct the situation. Well done, Jonathan!

I really enjoy going to Office Depot. I am also a teacher. I am also office supply geek. I can usually find everything I need at Office Depot especially when I wait until the last minute. The service at this particular Office Depot is very polite and helpful. It is my go to Office Depot when I am at work because it is convenient and friendly.
