The general Manager Kathy was very rude, run in to order some business cards and as soon as we ask about it she reply very rude that we couldn't do that design that they only do general business cards. Not only that but when I ask her questions seemed like she didn't want to answer any of them. She needs to learn some Custer service because she is hurting this store that's why I will never go back to this location because of the poor customer service they have. And on theide page it says that she will be happy to assist on any service needed. Will never go to this store for any business any more.

Office Depot opens at 10 a.m. on Sundays, which was very helpful. When I arrived, I was greeted and asked if assistance was needed. I browsed for my products and was again asked if I needed help. When ready to check out, the cashier promptly came to assist me. Great service and products!

Manager is very rude and I unwilling to help. She literally told me I was out of luck on a print order I sent from Tx to the I240 store in Okla City. After I got upset with her she magically was able to pull it up. It was for a Memorial Service the next day. Once I paid I went back to the print center to let them know I needed it by 10 am the following day. The associate was very helpful and then she introduce herself into the conversation and told me it would be ready by 5 pm like the receipt said. It as only 35 copies double sided. The associate assured me he would take care of it which he did and I picked my order up at 10 am. She is bad for business. I would stay away from this store

NIGHTMARE! I ordered online to pick up in store. When I got to the store, they said that the order was cancelled but could not give a reason. I wanted the items. An employee told me where back in the store they were, but said that she could not assist me even though there were no other customers in the store at that time. I looked but could not find the items. I went back up front and an employee did go get them. They then charged almost double what I had been charged online. When I questioned this, they offered to reduce the price 50 cents. I told them to just void the transaction. They did do that, BUT WHEN I CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT A WEEK LATER, THERE WAS THE ORIGINAL ONLINE CHARGE THAT THEY TOLD ME HAD NOT GONE THROUGH. And, of course, it had not been reversed. So, then I had to go through the hassale of disputing the charge. I usually shop at Staples which has always been great, but it is farther away. I ended up buying the items there. They were cheaper with nice helpful staff, AND NO NIGHTMARE. Live and Learn.

I like Office Depot. They have any and all office supplies I need, and their employees are polite and helpful.

I was trying to have business cards made. A gentleman behind counter was helping me. Another Office Depot worker told me they didn’t have time to help me w/everything they have goin on. There were only 2 other ppl in store. It was 6:30 and store doesn’t close until 8. What has happened to customer service? Rude!

I have always used Office depot for my printing needs or office supplies. This location works fast and always communicates well with me to make sure my printing is done just as I want.
