Been here for four years now, haven’t had many complaints, not a lot of people so doesn’t feel hectic. Easy to pay rent, pool is decent and the location is great.

My A/C stopped working on Sunday night, and the maintenance staff had it repaired the next morning by 9:00am!

Front office and maintenance are so nice and quick to help you if you need it. The area is quiet, well kept, and the apartments are very nice. I have enjoyed my time here!

The staff is so nice. Apartments are really nice. Stays pretty calm and quiet except the occasional midnight street race on the weekends.

I applied and signed my lease within a week. I needed a bigger apartment after finding out me and my husband were pregnant. We’ve been here for almost 2 years.

So my niece has been going to these apartments since she was 13 and swimming there no issues no security guard my family and I went there on Sunday to swim cuz my autistic child just wanted to be able to go one last time for the summer so I was like okay we'll go ahead and go swimming we've been going there for a while now no problems no issues we are swimming in the pool and some gentleman is acting weird and fishy lingering around staring at us we get out of the pool to go to our cars to leave he's literally in a vehicle sitting next to her cars look like he was impersonating a security officer and his vehicle was not even a security vehicle he started filming my family and I mind you I have children I do not respect that that's violation of privacy I watched him literally back up go behind our vehicle snap a picture of my niece's tag I reported it to the police and got a case number went and took it to the office and talked to a lady named Molly at the office and I asked her if she could take my name and my niece's name and our phone numbers that way she can get in contact with us and let us know what is going to happen what's going on and they said they could not do that Molly was not very respectful was kind of had a disrespectful approach just her body language and the way she spoke to us was kind of disrespectful all she kept worrying about was we were not residents to me that did not matter What mattered was my children safety and the fact that they got violated and pictures taken of them and videos taking of them and that is against the law and their own free will I am working on trying to get a lawsuit filed and serve them with papers so that is the justice of this

hi does anyone know if this place has security? was out with my nephews and we went swimming found a security guard right next to my car taking videos of us and took a pic of my tag. and that is intrusion of privacy. i will be taking into law. if we did something wrong or something u could of talked to us he was in a white van! i have a feeling he is a fake ! idk tho! either way! shouldn’t have pictures of children on ur phone!! and my tag!!

I love living at Oak Place! Every time I call the office for a work order they get someone over to me within minutes and the guys that work here are always so nice and professional. I’ve even had to call them out on the weekend and they always show up happy to help and get things fixed so fast.
