I recently built a new custom home and the Northwest Building Supply team was great to work with. All of the materials provided were top quality at a fair price. We ended up giving them an opportunity to bid our entire cabinet package and they came in lower than our builders option for higher quality product.
They were patient with us through the design process, which is one of the things my wife and I loved most. After the cabinets were installed, Jason and Noah came out to do a final bump/adjust and addressed any questions or concerns that we had.
Overall, it was a great experience and I’m already using them again for a remodel my parents are doing.

We completely remodeled our kitchen, and the Northwest team knocked it out of the park. We love our new cabinets, granite countertops, and HUGE farmhouse sink. They made it so easy to get everything we needed for our remodel. Cannot thank Northwest enough for the great service!

We are working with a reputable contractor for our home build, we caled twice and spoke to Teddy Pruitt. Mr Pruitt was very rude, and curt both times…..after coming to the business for the first time he explained to be at the shop by 3pm or we couldn’t load out…..never was it relayed to us that an order had to be placed before hand…..we spend 1 and 1/2 hrs the first trip and fuel is not. Cheap We returned to get our trim which is a substantial amount and the receptionist was very rude and disrespectful….she stated well that I claim to have worked with Teddy before but many do that…..I did not find her attitude appealing in the least…..teddy then. Proceeded to explain that we needed to call ahead and we couldn’t get our trim after a second trip with a trailer ….he demanded to speak to our contractor and then was acting buddy buddy with her to ply her business to them….Now we are redirected to a new destination a 1/2 hour away….To the two employees I dealt with at this location, please learn if customers make you a rude and demeaning person than I encourage you to take an endeavor toward a different career path

We entered, reading a sign that told us we needed to wear a mask. Their decision, their choice... receptionist followed us offering us a mask. I told her I didn't want to wear it, she backed down but, I felt uncomfortable staying to shop. It's the businesses right to request it, and or require masks... it's my right to take my business elsewhere. I'm done being told what to wear on my face by someone who should be there to take my name and direct me to the nearest salesperson.

Darla told me today that I can only request a quote in person. And I have to measure the counter tops myself. And then I have to put down a deposit.This is all before the company even comes over. I don't do business that way.

For any who may be looking for a company to redo your kitchen or bath, beware of Northwest Building Supply. They installed our granite and undermount kitchen sink in 2018. Today, our sink crashed to the ground spilling its contents throughout my kitchen and breaking several dishes. Thankfully, no one was hurt (not that they thought to ask). I’ve since learned that it was only glued in place, not mounted with clips. They will fix it, for a fee, but are not apologetic for its failure. If you are in the market, consider looking elsewhere.
