Was not dealing too well with the cashier who was horrible and rude at explaining why I had to pay extra for assembly. She radio'd for someone from the back to address the situation. Liz came from back of the store and was extremely nice, polite and helpful. Northern Tool please keep Liz at all cost.

We had to special order a generator we wanted as it was a non stocking item. Excellent service by staff. Long time Northern tools card holder and use it often. Thanks Dennis

A great store. I just moved here from a distance and this is the first time I've heard of Northern Tool. Awesome prices and very friendly staff. Definitely a new go to for me
