If I wanted zero service, I'd go to Home Depot. I was the only customer there. The man sitting scrolling on his phone couldn't be bothered to assist whatsoever. When he was asked about prices on the plants, he didn't even get up or put his phone down to say, "There are no prices. You gotta bring each one up to me to scan." Ridiculous! These were very large plants. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The Convenient location has almost everything you need. You don’t have to go to the big stores like Walmart or target with the long line. I was in and out in under 7 minutes. The young lady greeted me once I walked in. They had everything on my list, and everyone that helped was charming.

Super friendly folks in the store, helpful finding obscure items I needed. It's a great alternative to Quail Creek/Village residents to longer drives to bigger stores. And they are locally owned. Glad to support local businesses like this!

I had an unbelievably bad experience here. I came into the store to support a local business when I needed a light bulb. My house is going to be under construction soon and I planned to purchase all of my paint/tool items I could at this store but I will not now. The woman who was checking me out was saying she felt nervous about a black man in the store and completely ignored me and didn’t let me know when I could use my card to check out. I bought a pellet grill from this place, and it never worked from day one. The whole idea behind the pellet grill is the set it and forget it, the temperature was never consistent and off by more than 60°. I tried for three days on three different occasions to reach the manager, and a couple days later got a call back. I told them I wanted a refund or to exchange it. He told me he wanted to try to fix it and to give him a couple days, so I agreed to leave it. Two weeks later I have heard nothing and had to contact my credit card company to get a refund. I try to support local merchants, but this was a very poor experience. I try to leave either good or bad reviews only on exceptionally good or bad experiences, unfortunately this was their exceptionally bad experience.
