This store is smaller and depending on the time of the year could be slim picking. BUT the staff is always amazing and super helpful. So if your in the mall it's definitely worth stopping.

I talked to the customer care online and they gave me two options of which one was taking my product to a UPS location for drop off or taking it to a Nike location to drop it off as well. I chose the Nike drop off location and they sent me a barcode for them to scan. When I get into the store, the manager just says that they don’t do the returns at their location, even though you can select it from their website. Just not understanding why I couldn’t leave it at their location if I still have the availability to drop it off at the UPS store.

I was able to enter, search and checkout reasonably quickly. Their selection of shoes is not quite as large as I was expecting and their seating area to try on shoes is a little cramped. Partly because they were busy and people will sit down with their kids even when they're not trying on shoes. That's not really the store's fault but they should probably set up some visible signs to discourage this.
