Over the moon service! I needed to ship high end art. The owner personally went to the location, picked up the art, had a crate built to ensure it would arrive without damage, packaged and shipped my item and it arrived in 2 days. The communication was excellent. I received pictures of my purchase the day it was picked up, the crate; and the packaged crate before shipment. The owner followed up to make sure the package arrived. They were able to insure the shipment for the amount needed. This was the best, personalized experience I have had with a shipping company.

I must say this is THEEE SPOT! Truly a one of a kind mailbox provider. The staff is AMAZING! Very helpful, very patient, and very kind! The vibe is top tier! Music is iust right and the overall energy in the building is everything!
If there was a lounge area Id prolly never leave lol. Also shout out to the Dog in the building, makes me love the place even more. ?

Google is wrong about this being a DHL location. But they staff helped me package my item very well, very quickly and very affordably — and they also gave me tips on getting my item picked up by DHL.
Not where I needed to go, but excellent service!

Living out of the country makes the service they offer imperative....the need for reliability is important. The people here are awesome, always helpful, professional and extremely pleasant to deal with....I can easily recommend this place. I've used the ipostal service here now more than 2 years, I live out of country so service is important to me....I left an average review at the beginning but after being with them a while I'm really impresses! Great people, great attitude, eager to help, I would HIGHLY recommend.

I have always had a great experience using this business but they went out of their way this week for me. I left my new sunglasses in the store, and when I called to ask them to check the camera to see if they could help me figure out what happened, they did and were able to locate the person that mistakenly picked them up. They called the customer and he returned my sunglasses the same day. Turns out he had a pair just like them. For management to put themselves in a potentially awkward position to help a random customer is proof of their commitment to their service and helping someone. I really appreciate the manager, Barry, taking the time out of his incredibly busy day (Monday was chaotic) to assist me. I have my glasses back and honestly cannot believe it. #customerforlife

Ran here thinking I seen they were opened until 6pm but arrived at 5:34pm and doors were locked. ? Then as I was walking back to my vehicle one of there amazing employees looked out the door and said, "Whatcha needin?" I was so excited to ship my item today and highly suggest their friendly business! Thank You So Much!

Would not allow me to mail a letter without giving personal info like phone number and email. When I asked if I had to give personal info to mail a letter, They said yes. BEWARE. This company is probably selling your info!!!!Edit- I never asked for tracking. I simply asked to mail a letter. Your employee never offered to give me a stamp as an alternative. I was simply told either I give my phone number or I could not mail it. Furthermore, USPS does not require a phone number for tracking so I am not sure why you do or why you are saying USPS required this. Your reply was pointless and inflamatory.
