Usually a 5 star experience. But....grumpy pants is on duty today at 89th and Penn.... so watch yourself. And it's June 7th and the May sales tags are still up on some expensive items, so I had to challenge the price that rang up. They did honor the sale price.

Great deals make it worth the drive. I also like how friendly and helpful the employees are. Not a huge produce section, but great selections! The programs they offer are also pretty cool.

Horrible customer service. We purchased 14 bottles of Matt's orange juice and that same day we openned one and saw that it had mold on the inside of the cap so we began openning the others and found that 8 contained mold. We called and spoke to a manager and he said bring them back and they would offer a refund or exchange. The next day when we returned the manager on duty said that the other manager had quit and she refused to offer exchange or refund. We have purchased this amount of OJ weekly for the past year or more along witn other grocery items and will now be looking for another place to shop.

I purchased 8 bottles of juice and when we opened them noticed all had black mildew inside on the mouth of the bottle. I brought them back the next day to exchange for the same thing ( without mildew) and the manager refused to exchange them or refund me in any way. I was told my only option was to contact their corporate office which I will do and unfortunately will not shop here anymore after realizing you are on your own if they sell you a product that has gone bad. Absolutely terrible customer service!!!

Broad selection of goods but (IMO)they're overpriced on most items. That's a recurring theme among this genre of retailers.That aside, the staff were all very nice and very helpful.It was easy in & out.Altogether a nice store.

I love this store. It is clean, has great produce and helpful staff. I did get asked to leave because of my 2 3 pound Maltese dogs that were inside a stroller. Unfortunately, it is against the rules to bring pets into the store. I bought frankincence and butter.
