Didn't have a great experience here. Didn't make me feel pampered. When your guests arrive you should automatically fill up their pedicure bowls, and ASK how the temp is when you do fill it up. I waited 10 minutes in the pedicure chair before I was helped, then a lady came to fill it up, turned it to the hottest temperature then walked away while it filled up. The water was so hot it burned my feet. Had to wait another 10 minutes before she came back to then let her know it was too hot. The tools she proceeded to use for my service didn't come out of a sanitized bag either. Won't be back. Was a mid teir experience. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say it was late and close to closing time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Will keep coming here time and time again. It's very rare to find a place that will make my nails last more than a month. They are the sweetest and always so patient with me. I've made appointments and they were prompt and I have also been a walk - in and they are so worth the wait!'

I am not usually one to leave a poor review, but my poor experience today warrants one. I scheduled an appointment and showed up for my pedicure today at my appointment time. After choosing my color, I was told to sit “at one of the open chairs.” Well, 4/5 open chairs were visibly dirty and had not been cleaned following the previous client. I sat at the only seemingly clean chair. All of the technicians had a client at this time. Not once did somebody come over to me to start my water or say they were running behind. I sat there for 20 minutes unacknowledged until I had to leave because I would have been late for another obligation. My question is, why would you offer a client a particular appointment time and then not honor it? I will not be back.

I've noticed for awhile my gel manicure was looking worse and worse. The final straw came when almost every nail, the polish bubbled and started to peel off 4 days after I got them done. I would have gone back and had them fixed but I just had to do that two manicures previously. I just needed to find a new place. One specific lady her manicures are awful. They're lumpy (she does horizontal stokes on the tip but she doesn't do vertical strokes to smooth it out) the file is crooked and the polish bubbles and peels. I'm not sure if it's the polish or if her light isn't working correctly but they lost a customer. The new place I found is awesome. they do three coats of polish for the same price!

I received a facial and wax recently. It was so relaxing. The hot towels and massage are amazing. I am planning on getting another one for mother's day. I highly recommend them. Haley does an amazing job on nail, pedicures and facials.

Hayley, Katelynn, and the entire staff at Nail Concepts are the absolute best! Professional, friendly, efficient, and extremely customer service oriented. My wife is a long-time client and convinced me to go with her a couple of years ago. So glad she did! The pedi hot stone massage is one of my new favorite things in life and my nails have never looked better or been as healthy! Highly recommend.

DO NOT EVER COME HERE. worst service of my life I feel like walking in that store and call the police they should not have a business they only care about MONEY NOT THE PEOPLE I got a full acrylic set paid 110 and they were crooked I got a French tip the white line was crooked it looked like cheap press ons don't waste your money at this shit ass business I am telling you they will do you like shit. They also ARE HORRIBLE at normal painting it's really not that hard I did cosmetology and they DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS I have checked they aren't a real business it's just money and family owed they also treat their employees like shit wasted my gas money and time at this disgusting place.

This is usually my go to place, but unfortunately, I have to find another salon. A few things happened today. As my nails were soaking off, a nail tech put the drill tip in to soak off what ever was on there. If it had just been used on my feet, it would have been different, however, this drill tip was just used on another client's feet.Second, I kept getting cut as the tech was taking off my nails with the drill. Lastly, I asked for a color that I had previously had before on my nail. Other colors that I didn't want kept being suggested. An obvious attitude was presenting itself from my tech, so I just asked to take off the nail tips and I would just leave without my nails being done.
