I always go to this jewelry store when I have something precious that needs to be repaired. They’ve done a beautiful job on anything I’ve taken them including necklaces that were over 100 years old and they took great care with those delicate items. They always do an excellent job!

This place is incredible. Drew was so helpful in finding the perfect engagement ring for us. We told him what we had in mind and he ran with it and made sure to update us along the way. His knowledge and attention to detail is unmatched. I recommend everyone go see Drew.

Everyone at Naifeh Fine Jewelry gives the absolute best customer service! From Heather in sales to the gemologist, Calyn, on to RyAnn, Sarah and Amber (plus anyone else you encounter while visiting) you will be treated like family. They helped me navigate an insurance claim and gave of their knowledge and time freely even though insurance was very difficult. They also did the repair work and helped me throughout the process. I highly recommend!! And they have the most unique and beautiful jewelry, too!
