The guy working tonight said he doesn’t unlock the bathroom because he doesn’t like to clean it and wouldn’t open it for me. While smoking next to a gas pump like a moron.I hope he doesn’t get fired unless he’s been talked to about these issues before. So I hope the boss rips him a new one though.

came to buy a drink at the gas station I always shop at. Lady rang it up and tried to charge me more than what the price tag stated. Would not honor the prices listed on all items. Everything rang up more expensive

Two bearded guys worked inside . Their system was down and had a sign .I approached the window and knocked softly thinking that I could pay Cash for gas since their system was down. One pathetic ( almost homeless) looking -bearded - cashier , Angirly told me that “ …You can’t read!??”Long story short , two thugs work at Murphy who have NO clue of a customer service looks like.I’ll never ever never shopping at Murphy and neither will my seven children
