My mother has a storage there and I'm handling her affairs because she had a stroke. The gentleman I dealt with was a very nice person understanding and he was very helpful and getting caught up. Very nice service ??????

They were great about checking in with me. I was waiting to get a unit, and he called, but wasn't overbearing. He listened, and understood my situation, and followed up very appropriately.When I went in to rent the unit, he was very friendly, gave me all the information, and was overall, a very well informed, nice, professional guy. I walked away with my unit completely satisfied.I did, however, have to call back a couple days later, and the experience wasn't terrific.It wasn't horrible, but the personal care I received from the first guy was not what I got from the lady on the phone.She was basically a robot. All business, and didn't bother to listen until she ran through her questions, even having me spell out my 1st and last name. I really just had a quick question.I have to wonder if I just got lucky with the first guy, because all the feelings that I was with a company who cared was not the way I still feel.The best thing they had going was the individual customer care, and the 2nd interaction felt like I was dealing with one of the corporate drone storage places I was trying to avoid.Overall, still happy, but I had to cut one star from my original view. I ended up just getting off the phone without accomplishing anything. I had limited time to get a simple question answered, but didn't.I'm hoping this was the one-off anomaly, and not that the original interaction was the anomaly.

Absolutely the best customer service around ( Shirley ; who doesn’t usually work at this location but another). She was a gem! The security and units are top notch. ! Did I mention free moving truck when you rent a unit!!!!! I went from feeling stressed , to blessed! Thank you!

Stopped in here to drop off a bike for underprivileged kids. Was an honor to watch my four-year-old give away his Spider-Man bike I had just gotten him. I wish I was half as good as my son is!
