We came in the first time to get my fiancés ring resized, and then a second time to get my engagement ring and wedding band resized as well. Cassandra helped us each time and she was incredible. She helped us pick the correct sizes and was such a joy to talk to. We would recommend Mitchener-Farrand to anyone!

I worked with Rick to custom design a wedding ring using existing pieces. He was very thorough and patient during the process and I am obsessed with my new ring. I look forward to bringing in more inherited jewelry to have upcycled into pieces I will treasure.

For years now, Mitchener-Farrand has been the only shop I visit to purchase jewelry for my wife.There are many reasons for this, including their great selection and custom shop, but one of the most important is that the staff has always been friendly and willing to spend time educating me about jewelry and helping me to make a more informed decision.I remember how uneasy I felt as a young man who knew nothing about jewelry, other than the fact that I needed an engagement ring. With their help and advice, we set my late grandmother’s diamond in a new ring which still brings me joy every time my wife wears it.Mark, DeAnn, and their fine staff have made every purchase enjoyable by sharing their knowledge, patience, and warmth.

The surface of my wedding ring was pitted after it accidentally came into contact with a liquid that dissolved parts of it. I thought it was destroyed forever. ? I went to Mitchener-Farrand Fine Jewelry on the outside chance they could fix it for me. It also needed to be sized down, so we had them do that as well. Not only were they able to restore the finish and resize my ring, they made it look like it did 20 years ago! I'm so happy to have my ring back! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

She demonstrated a clear understanding of the specific criteria I had in mind for the ring. After careful consideration, we mutually agreed to pursue a custom-made ring. The entire process was remarkably smooth and efficient. From the initial consultation to the final delivery of the ring, it took approximately one month. This could not have been a better/easier experience getting my fiancé’s wedding ring made. I went to a couple of other jewelers in OKC before MF and the experience was stressful, either because the people were condescending or they felt like used car salesman and I was going to get ripped off. MF, and specifically Gabi, was a breath of fresh air. Patient, communicative, kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. And of course the ring turned out perfectly and reasonably priced. I don’t write reviews very often but MF deserves a kudos and 5 stars.
