Great shop! Things are fairly priced for a fast turn around on things you need for your bakery or home. The only thing you need is to update your POS with some tablets to track your inventory and speed up check out.

I can not rave enough about how amazing this hidden gem is for the novice or experienced cake designer!!!! It's conveniently located near the fairgrounds and the prices for baking and confectionery making supplies is the best I've seen (even in comparison to online big-box retailers I frequent)! The lady there, I don't recall her name, remembers me when I come in the store and asks about the projects I'd purchased for the visit before adding a personalized touch to the already fast, friendly service that exceeds expectations.
