I have had numerous bad experiences here. The customer service is severely lacking on the communication front, especially at the price you pay for their services. During my most recent experience, I was told over the phone when I made the appointment that x-rays for my dog would be $150 and when I got there, I was told they would be more than $400. After the x-rays were complete, they never called me back with the results (and I had requested for them to call me with the results). I then called to check and spent over 20 minutes on hold while the rep went back and forth with the vet for answers to my questions. Apparently they never called me with my results because the vet went on vacation the next day & it wasn't on anyone's "to do's" to call me back---even though I requested a call back. Also, they never sent the records/x-rays to their specialist partner (Sciossortail) which has delayed my dog's surgery even longer.
Based on my experience, it is clear that they do not value their customers or actually care for the pets. I will be going elsewhere moving forward. Extremely disappointing and cannot believe they remain in business with this treatment.

I can't speak highly enough of this place. The techs and staff at the front are always kind and helpful. Dr Baez is the best- unlike some vet clinics that will rush you in and out, he truly takes the time to sit with you and discuss the options to help you make the best decision for you and your pet.

I’ve taken my dog here 10 times and today they tried to force my dog into another rabies shot because they no longer had it on file. Randomly adding over $100 to my bill with no preparation and then refused to see my 8 year old dog without it. Do not go here because the blonde vet tech will scam you.

Dog lovers with fast service but willing to take the time to answer any number of questions.
I was disappointed that if I brought my dog in for a checkup on the way to work, I could not leave him until lunch time without being charged extra boarding fees. That is how I have always taken my dogs to the vet for 40 years since I work for a living.
They quit sending me reminders for my dog's medications. I asked them to continue and was told I could use the calendar on my phone.
Not worth the extra cost if they take away the extra benefits to my dog's health and the extra convenience for me.

Very impressed with the service here! My fiance and I took a stray dog in and we brought her in to get looked at. They we're very knowledgeable and oh so sweet to our new pup. They treated her as if she was their own, got her updated on all her shots and even gave her a quick bath for us because she was so dirty from the streets. Just love the staff here, highly reccomend.
