Cashed a Check and was told it was a $8 charge. For cashing the check after staff already ran my check. I wish I was told it was an $8 charge before doing this . I would have left and deposited in my own Bank at no Charge.

Horrible service! We have been banking with midfirst for over 6years but lately they have been in renovation and staff comes and goes. Well now they can not even cash and deposit a check in the same day because it’s not allowed per ABBY (manager) . She has horrible attitude. Did not even acknowledge we were there or asked how we wanted the funds back just processed it and said anything else ! Will be closing both accounts soon! Thanks to this branch .

I invested in a 6 month CD with their online division called VIO Bank. I wired them the funds after proving I was not a money laundering criminal. I’m giving them 5 stars because I don’t anticipate any problems with them wiring my money with interest back to my primary bank. Update : They met my expectations and wired the funds as requested. This is why online banking is taking over. This is a good bank to invest in a CD. Thanks to Danny for guiding the process.

Had an account here, but they conveniently "lost" it. Numerous hours with what they call customer service was useless and several rude individuals, including some guy named "Tanner". Keep your money far away from this place.
