Exposed my identity and accounts to hackers when they sold out to California. I never signed up for online banking, Midfirst forced it on me. I have never used it. When setting up my account, the guy used HIS OWN EMAIL ON MY ACCOUNT. They said the only way to change it was to give a separate email. BUT WHY EVEN REQUIRE AN EMAIL!? IT'S A BANK ACCOUNT, THAT'S ALL I WANT IT TO BE!!! They even have the gaul to charge me $4 for bank statements. What kind of bank charges you to tell you how much money you have?Even better, the identity protection service they offered (for only 2 years...) Doesnt work. I've tried to sign up 12 times on 5 different devices before giving up.What a massive failure. There used to be a time when people took pride in there work. I'd be embarrassed to work here...

MidFirst Bank on 104th in Pennsylvania has the best employees. They all are very polite and know the meaning of customer service.

Really old school institutional style bank. FEE DRIVEN, revolving employees, non relational banking. There are much better banks to choose from. My mom has been with them 20 years and they jump at the chance to charge her an overdraft fee - no matter that she has two other accounts there with a good amount of money in them - certainly enough to cover any overdraft. Not a bank I’d recommend.

I recently moved to OKC and since I was an out of state resident, I had called Midfirst to see if they could help me out and they absolutely did and set up my account within minutes and the same day I went in and got it done. Thank you!

Every time I go to the 104th and Penn location to make a deposit it always takes 12 to 15 minutes for the teller to make my deposit with no one in line.Absolutely ridiculous the time it takes to make 2 deposits with each deposit having one line item.

Midfirst is honestly a terrible bank. They charge you to have a savings account under $200. They never discussed the $3 charge for paper statements with me when I opened my account, so if I transfer my money (making my balance $0) to an app I get overdrafted $3, then get charged $25 because I didn't check my account and only get paid every 2 weeks.The staff is generally good, but the bank as a whole is poor.
