Don’t bank here. This branch closed all my accounts after filing a complaint. Customer is not their concern. This bank branch is ran by overprivileged egos and powertrips. From mgmt down is incompetent. I electronically deposited a check online and was told it would take 2 days to clear, It took 9. Tried to deposit a second check on that Fri and was told I had to cash it at the bank it was written? I told them I only wanted 25 dollars and to deposit the rest. Called customer support the following day Sat. to try and have the electronic check I deposited 4 days prior released. They called the bank and informed me the bank said they would release it and that its to the banks discretion. 10 min later this brach calls me telling me they won’t release it first because I didn’t have matching funds and now because the bank in question doesn’t verify its checks. When confirming the bank in question, I was informed “Bank First” which happened to be the check I deposited the day before and had already cleared my account that morning. After having the bank call me to verify back and forth they won’t release a check thats already been released it was clear no additional checks were getting released. Called afterwards and made a complaint about the absurdity. Received notice in the mail yesterday (the day my original check finally cleared) they were invoking their right to close all 3 of my accounts. So convenient after making a complaint on Saturday my accounts were closed on Monday. Was informed complaints don’t normally go that far because most branches get them directly and they are ignored. Received no contact from mgmt or customer service every time I try to get ahold of anyone, I get directed to Teresa the manager who initiated the closing of my accounts. If any organization goes out of they’re way to not help you, criticism is exactly what they deserve. Its easier to close accounts than to confront concerns I guess. Oh well.

The manager and her assistant are incompetent. Unable to complete a wire. Along with uninformed front desk workers, the whole branch is a disaster.

i don't like doing business with companies that take advantage of their customers. i've been a customer of midfirst for almost 30 years. i reordered checks through online banking last week and was charged almost $40 for only 160 plain checks through their preferred provider. i can go to a third party check printing company and get twice as many checks for half the price. i understand that midfirst is a for-profit company, but that just seems predatory to me. if I can't trust midfirst not to be predatory with something simple like this, i'm not sure that I can trust them with my bank accounts.

Beware! There is nothing here but misery. This bank needs severe regulation. The management has a lack of compassion for their customers- they behave as though your money belongs to them. They will pass the buck to their "legal "department, when in fact they are just hateful , nasty people- check out the fines at the federal level on these folks.

They did wrong by me back in the 90s when I first came to Okc to work for Molly Muphies. They promised it would be different, no fees to my account. When I was out for 3 surgeries almost dying, they started charging fees stealing money from me then when I was back to work they refused to cash my paycheck. (((BEWARE DO NOT TRUST THEM))) doubt they even contact me about this

Banking here for over 20yrs, great bank
