Never will bank with midfirst again. Deposited cash into ATM and 3 days ago so I could take care of bills that were due today and the money still isn't in my account. So not only do I not have my money that I deposited, but now electric is shut off and late fees and disconnect fees are added. It always take 3-5 days to clear even if it's a midfirst check. I've had nothing but horrible customer service and will be no longer using this bank.

I applied to open an account with Vio Bank, a division of Midfirst Bank on June 29, 2021. The account was approved on July 1. On July 2nd the amount was withdrawn from my transferring account. On the evening of July 2nd Vio sent an email notification of a failed transfer. I have called twice July 3rd and July 7th. The first time they said they had no record of the transfer. The second time I was told the bank was closing my account for "business reasons" and the funds should be transferred back to me by July 8. Vio Bank/Midfirst Bank is still holding these funds currently - this is theft. PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THEFT: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.

I love this concept, located on the northwest corner of Reno and Portland is a full service bank that shares a building with a convenience store. I find that really cool and convenient (pun intended). The bank is clean and the tenets were so nice.

Jana and Star refused to cash my stimulus check because my account didn't have the matching funds. Found out from a different branch Jana could have over rode that for me but just chose not too... Shame on you.I called the number, it was just a customer service number. The lady who answered had no idea what I was talking about basically told me nothing they can do. The "owner" only commented to save face... They did nothing

Avoid using this company. They took an unauthorized payment and when i requested it back i was told it would be back in 3 days. 5 days later i was told that they couldn't put it back in the same account they took it from. Now I'm being told that they will mail a check but that will take an additional 5 to 7 business days. If i were to pay my mortgage like this or communicate with them like this, i would receive so many calls and late fees. Tried to talk to a supervisor 3 times but was told that they couldn't find one after being on hold 20 plus minutes each time. They truly don't care about the customer. It's all about your money. Find another company.
