If you want the worst deals possible, furniture sales tactics and zero good sales or consumer friendly prices, by all means shop here. They make zero incentives to get you in the door and you’re better off to try to find better deals on the same brands elsewhere. Never have I seen a store more full of themselves than MSW. Not really an opinion.

Rudest employees, how do you have a shoe store if nobody talks to any customer or asks if they need help? Went in with my mom before Christmas looking for some shoes and received no help, walked past a few employees no one said anything. What's the point in hiring people if they aren't there to do a job? Definitely will NOT be back.

Our Terrible Customer Service Experience with Tony at Metro Shoe WarehouseRating: ONE STAR ⭐I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Metro Shoe Warehouse, and it is with a heavy heart that I write this scathing review. My recent encounter with the assistant manager, Tony, has left me questioning the integrity and customer-centric values of this establishment.I purchased a pair of Hoka tennis shoes from Metro Shoe Warehouse, which unfortunately turned out to be defective. To my disbelief, when I approached Tony with my concern, he callously refused to exchange the defective pair, citing the store's policy of a 60-day return window. This rigid adherence to a timeline, even in the face of a clear manufacturing defect, is nothing short of absurd.What shocked me even more was Tony's dismissive attitude and his "solution" to my problem. Instead of acknowledging the issue and taking responsibility for the faulty product, Tony nonchalantly recommended that I buy directly from the manufacturer online. This is a store where I have been a loyal customer for years, and yet, Tony was more interested in redirecting me to an online purchase than addressing my legitimate concern.It is disheartening to see a business prioritize policy over customer satisfaction, especially when the customer has a history of patronizing the store. Tony's lack of empathy and unwillingness to make an exception for a defective product has not only cost Metro Shoe Warehouse a loyal customer but has also tarnished the store's reputation in my eyes.In light of this appalling experience, I have decided to heed Tony's advice and take my business elsewhere. I will no longer be shopping at Metro Shoe Warehouse, and I will follow Tony's recommendation to purchase directly from the Hoka brand online. It is unfortunate that a store I once trusted has failed so miserably in providing quality customer service.

Do not buy gifts from here! I bought my girlfriend some Ugg's for Christmas. I let her open them early and she tried them on and w as liked around in them. Her foot kept sliding out of the back door she wanted to return them and get another style. Went to the store and the guy examined the shoes for 5 minutes then said these have been worn. I said yes, she tried them on walked around the house in them but didn't like them. They would not return my shoes. So apparently if you put anything on outside of the store, they will not return the shoes. The sticker is still on the bottom of the shoes!

Been shopping here for a while. I always get fantastic help for great quality clothing/shoes. The knowledge of the staff is wonderful. I give a particular shoutout to Heath, BJ, Tony, Zach and Jessica for steering me in the right direction to find what I need.

Wide selection of shoes to choose from. You are able to try on and compare many different styles of shoes to find the right one for you. Also, the customer service here is phenomenal! Every person is kind and helpful. They help find you shoes in your size and help compare the different styles if you are like me and can't decide. The Manager BJ is the absolute best! We were in a couple months ago and he helped us for over an hour. He was super nice, patient, and his input was extremely helpful. I was still undecided and we left without buying anything but we went back just the other day and he saw us in there and remembered us, the shoes I tried on, and even the conversation we had when we were last in. I found shoes that day and love them! This is by far the best experience I've ever had in any store! I highly recommend this store. Thank you to all the staff at this location!

No one asked if we needed anything and when we went to ask someone, they scrambled like roaches when someone turns on the kitchen light. They all acted like they were to busy to help. It doesn't take 2 people to help one person.

Bought my Hokas here. And the guy who helped was awesome. I was in a rush so he made sure to pull all the Hokas he thought I'd like for what I needed to do. It was my first time Hoka buying so he also helped me pick out the right ones. It was great. And also I'll be going back for the great prices on other kinds of shoes, and boots! Definitely check this place out if you need good running shoes too

Had the dumbest experience where their registers do not accept cards that swipe except for gift cards and had to leave product on the counter due to time constraints. I just wanted a pair of vans to travel in! Just order online. The store is going to inconvenience you anyways.

Update: My daughter and I returned to the store today (09/02) to exchange the shoes and it was a much better experience. The minute we walked in, we were greated, helped, and treated very well. The associate and manager were very friendly and very apologetic for my daughter being treated poorly two weeks prior.My daughter and i purchased two pair of shoes 2 weeks ago. We had a great experience and loved the young man that helped us. However, the sole to one of the Hooka tennis shoes started coming apart. My daughter went today to exchange and was treated very rudly. All she was wanting was to exchange for the same exact shoe. Sad how people are treated when they are spending their hard earned money and just want what they paid for. I will never shop here again.
