Got great customer service at this store!! This is definitely my Store frm now on..Last month I had so much trouble and long 3 hrs on the phone with customer service, just trying to get into my account!! And the wonderful lady at this store got done what I couldn't get done with them on the phone she did this in 15 minutes ? Thank you..

I have had a bad experience at this location about a year ago. Went in again and I noticed their staff had changed! I was helped in every way possible and loved how friendly and helpful the ladies were! Natalia or Natalie (I cannot remember the name) had apologized for the bad experience I had and assured me that their team had changed. Will definitely be referring friends and family to that location! Love the work and effort! :)

This business is overcharging people.... please check your credit card transactions and check items wise charge.. they are over charging people and just give whole number.. you will find charges for chargers and other which you did not buy...They charge more than promotion amount and give a story about rebate. I have not received any after waiting 3 months.. call multiple times and no answer.... basically, they pretend they don't speak English and understand English when you try to ask about the charges, and give stories..OMG they just insult my intelligence and rub me in day light..DISHONEST BUSINESS.. Yes, saw your replied.. tried multiple time to reach you on call.. but hey.. telling experience here get your attention...

Getting tired of metro changing prices.When they told me I have unlimited dated.No I don't been with them 13 years. There was no metro in Oklahoma city until I called and told them . Figured they would help me since I've been with them this long.People here in South west okc are rude most dont speak English well. Thinking about changing phone company.Not happy and always slow.Never had this problem in texas..

Lied about the merchandise that was payed for and didn’t give a refund after the merchandise wasn’t even used and didn’t do what the manager and store attendant told me it would do ....... AND now I would prefer not to go get anything from that store ever again bc it’s just full of lies and merchandise that isn’t aloud to be returned

Always short staffed or not enough employees on shifts. They make you wait for more than 15+ minutes just for a service payment. If you can pay your bill online.

Never able to get ahold of anyone at customer service when you do get ahold of someone and tell your complaint they say there is nothing they can do it's like they are reading from a script.. Horrible company!!!
