I just spent nearly 500 dollars in cash at this stores location, and i have not had this phone for five days when my phone has been shut off and said i owe a payment for this phone . I think that five hundred dollars is going to pay for at least a months worth of service from you. But if not , I'll be back there today to get my money back

Im not even a customer but thought about switching carriers and the Manager was bitter and rude .Paola kept rolling her eyes and was unhelpful. Just unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN

Great staff, went to the store on NW 23rd east of Portland was told that I needed to buy a new phone. That was a lie. The store on 44th West of shields told me that I didn't need to buy a new phone, the problem was with MetroPCS and they were working on the problem to correct it. So if you are going to buy phone, check out the store on 44th west of Shields.
