I just love T-Mobile alot of ppl don't and I can't see why Yu pay yur bill on time Everytime and it just gets greater and greater the perks I get are amazing when I go in store I'm always greeted with a smile and when I leave tht same energy is still there as I'm leaving T-Mobile to me is the greatest cellular company I've had in years!! I truly appreciate that

This store is trash . The rep along with his manager is a p.o.s . Helped in taking my money but when I decided I wanted a refund because there service wasn't working in my phone . Well we don't do refunds what I was told then decided to tell me to leave before he calls okcs finest on me . So I called customer care she tells me well u should get a refund and it escalate further . More . So long storey don't do business here they will do you wrong......To the person who responded to my review I tried ur email it did not work

Went in for the free tablet and the 2 girls tried to sell it to me for $25 plus all the additional fees. Not free if i have to pay cash for free tablet. Sorry, i dont do shady

I went in the store today to get a new phone for one that was lost. The young lady working went above and beyond to help me and to make sure I got what I needed. Will definitely make this my Metro store from now on.

Elizabeth M helped me recently and she was the best! I got a new phone, my son got an A12 and new lines and a few accessories. She answered all my questions and she was very knowledgeable about metro. Thank you Elizabeth!

Before Sumaya assisted me I got to watch her dealing with an elderly Karen. She handled it very well. She helped me out quickly and effectively even offered to put my phone together but I told her I'd do it myself (she had other customers behind me and didn't want to take up her time)

Honestly I had previously gotten upset because of a separate employee, to where I almost decided to quit using T-Mobile and go back to Verizon! But in a different Metro Pro the young lady not only did what her job was supposed to be like ? but at least when I left the Store I was also completely happier!
