I was in an emergency situation needing insurance to get my deceased son's stolen car (now recovered) out of impound. It was 4:30 pm on a Friday when I called, and Richard was amazing. He made sure I had the insurance and temporary ID cards needed to tag the car. It had been black tagged and needed to get a decal showing it was fully tagged with insurance. I was able to get my son's car out Saturday morning and saved us a lot of money at the impound lot. By the grace of God, the car was in good condition. I would give 10 stars if possible. Matt has been my insurance provider for 22 years, and his office has always gone above and beyond on meeting my needs.

I recently returned to Matt Pryor's State Farm Agency for my home insurance policy. I have been a long, long time customer with them carrying my family's auto insurance, as well. I trust them to take care of all our insurance needs.

Even though my plan went up exponentially they called me before I had to see it myself and they helped me get more coverage for the same price it went up and was very appreciative of the help they provided.
