We were initially satisfied with our buying experience. Since then the whole experience has been a complete hassle and run around from Mathis Brothers. We needed to make an exchange and a week later haven't gotten it done. I definitely don't recommend Mathis Sleep! Very dissatisfied!

David did an excellent job with his knowledge and customer service skills. He did not oversell or undersell. He also was super patient with our wild 3 year old son. We ended up going with one of the best beds they sold and accessories. Very pleased and excited to have great sleep!
