We went in to get a new mattress for a sibling and the place had alot of furniture to choose from. The salesperson here was able to help us with different mattress options and we ended up getting the mattress sent to our house without any problems. One thing I don’t like is that the mattress department to actually see the mattresses and to discuss different options for comfort is actually upstairs. When I first got here I thought that the mattress area would be downstairs which it is but you have to go up the escalators for more. I wouldn’t say that’s a very bad thing because it actually helps organize the place and makes it to where furniture can be seen upfront but mattresses have their own unique area for viewers.Overall, this place gets 5 stars. Great job Mathisbrothers!!

Reason I am leaving this review is cause they had set up an OU autograph signing and it was so un organized. It definitely could have been held better. I don't understand why it wanted you to register and get free tickets but you never checked for them... you broke tons of little girls hearts. Personally I think you should of stayed up and let everyone that was on the top floor to go through... like I said it was definitely not organized very good

We’ve been customers of Mathis brothers for over 10 years, so when getting a new bed and mattress, that’s where we went. We paid to have it delivered. First, they somehow managed to knock off the biggest branch on our 25 yr old tree, from the street. We had a pool built, and new drive put in…which means that cement trucks, construction trucks of all kinds, had never hit that tree, but Mathis brothers managed to somehow…THEN, they left the branch, that took three people to move, laying behind my car. Secondly, they got blue ink ALL over the white footboard. I was the one who got it off there. Thirdly, the first night on it, I fell through. Took the mattress off to see that they had placed only ONE slat under it for the entire queen bed. There was also two parts laying on the ground that were supposed to be the legs for a middle support board. Oh, and, the phone chargers in the headboard didn’t work at all. Called them the next day… they sent someone out THREE weeks later. He had nothing to fix any of it. Literally didn’t fix a single thing on it. Told me to call them again… so I did. Again, they sent two guys out SIXTEEN days later. Again, they fixed nothing. Even they were irritated that the store hadn’t sent them with what they needed. Again, called them. Another TWO weeks later, a guy came and fixed the phone chargers… only. We’ve been calling them for over 3 months now and have spoken to several different “managers”….the issue is yet to have been fixed. We should’ve known better than to use them after they scratched up the new couch we had gotten from them a couple months before that, and basically said it was on us.. but it was on the back so we blew it off and chalked it up to a bad delivery. Nope. The entire store is a joke. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! We spent 5200.00 on a bed we couldn’t sleep on until my husband built some make shift support under it.

We came here to see the living room furniture but it was almost impossible because salesman/woman harassing us every 5 minutes. We had to leave because of that.

On May 13, 2024, we ordered a dining table. They told us we would get a significant discount if we financed. Our intention was not to run credit, but the discounted amount was too big to ignore. So, we financed the table, and it was scheduled for delivery on Friday. Since we were getting a new dining table, we sold the one we had.They came for delivery and helped us assemble the table. However, they forgot to bring the table stand connector that connects the tabletop. This is where the inconvenience started. The same day, after 3-4 hours, the manager showed up with the item and fixed everything for us, only to find out it was not done correctly. So we helped him fix it, hoping it would solve our problem. It was just the beginning. After fixing the top, we tried to assemble our extension table, but the new table mechanism was broken. The manager assured me he would fix this and take care of us, leaving the broken new table at home so we could use it.After 3-4 days, the delivery guy came in and took our broken table to replace it with a new one. But upon installation, I noticed it had some physical damage, so I refused to install it. The delivery guys were nice and assured me they would send me a new one in a couple of days. I got a call from Mathis saying they wouldn't have anything for 3-4 weeks.At this point, I thought, okay, this wouldn't be a problem as long as we can get the broken table installed and use it until the new one arrives. The next day, I called them and asked if they could bring the broken one until the new one was here because we needed a dining table. The customer service was the worst of the worst. Speaking nicely doesn't mean you are helping the customer. They didn't want to listen to my problem and were transferring my calls here and there. After an hour on the phone, they said they would have to refund the money or we would have to wait for the new table. I said yes, refund it so I can buy another ASAP. They only refunded me the table top price, which was around $705. I was like, what am I going to do with these chairs, table stands, and screws?I asked them again if they could fix my issue by delivering the broken one so we could wait for the new one. They told me they would have to refinance the table again. I never thought buying from Mathis would be this difficult. The customer service reps were so unhelpful, I felt like they were just trying to get away from the problem.***Be Careful with this kind of scam***Not only my credit was impacted, I lost my time and money. Not to mention I have to shop for a new dinning table again..

Wonderful service with Garbrielle Roberts and Kayden Reser.They were very helpul and patient, sharing fabrics and furniture and rugs with us. We cannot comment on delivery since we ordered custom fabric and it will arrive in two months!

There really needs to be an option for bleeding red negative stars or something. This place is terrible. Predatory memberships included on sales where you explicitly declined to join. 3 years later and I'm still being charged for a membership I've been told at least a dozen times has been removed. I guess small claims court is next.

Purchased full bedroom furniture. Called about damage was given a credit of $193.00 bucks should had been more, I’ve sent three emails already nothing else could be done ,my issue is I spent well over $2200 dollars for this purchase , I’m just so disappointed ☹️ buyer beware. 53C187535
