The gentleman seemed nice on the phone and he told me it would be a 2 to 3 hour phone repair and it has been over 6 hours now and when I've called the gentleman he will not answer the phone and when I've gone over I have not gotten an answer out of anybody

When I originally got my screen repaired I was very pleased with the service, however after getting my screen replaced when restarting my phone there was a green line across my screen and after my phone died this past weekend when it turned back on i couldn't touch the screen at all, and then more lines and black started to appear on my screen. I hadn't dropped it and no cracks. I tried to reach out the the business owner and there was no response. I'm super disappointed because I was mistaken in thinking this was a good place to go.

It's a Saturday. On the door it stated they're open from 9am-3pm. When I looked closer it said 10am-3pm. When I googled it, its showing they're open, but no they're not. I was there before 9am, went to lunch and came back after 11 and still no one is there. They may need to adjust their hours to 12pm-3pm, if they show up then. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They don't seem to be serious about their business.

Everytime i drive over or try to call when they are suppose to be open they are not their! They open late and dont answer their phone

It was a great place to start the new year. The hospitality and GENUINE care was really comforting.. the grounds and staff was truly amazing... the handler of the beautiful animals was so knowledgeable .. patient interactive and very entertaining.. we plan on sharing the experience with our grand daughter and kids this summer..

Angel made it feel like it was So much more than glass replacement...! My phone was absolutely ruined (or so I thought) and Master Phone Repair, was able to not only salvage all of the data and files, but was able to repair the micro circuitry that had become damaged as well. My phone works great, and the turn-around was fast! Hands down the most talented, friendly, and professional staff and atmosphere. Their craftsmanship is stunning, the warranty behind their work is second to none, and the passion behind what they provide for their clients can be felt at the first step through their doors, or even a brief exchange over the telephone. Class act, period. Nice to see a business driven towards excellence with respect to clientele rather than the somewhat impersonal, typical exchange between one another.
