Too high. Charge you if you have a medical emergency and have to cancel. Won’t go back.

I’m only giving two stars because the young ladies at the front always look super stressed out every time I come in. You can tell they’re being overworked. It’s sad to see, but they’re always kind and so are the massage therapists.

?????Jonathan was amazing! He had some really great techniques on my neck that helped immediately and he delivered the right amount of pressure to receive the relief I needed. Thank you!

This place is terrible. I bought a gift card for my wife months ago. Months to get ANY appointment, which was cancelled. Months to get rescheduled for the next appointment, which is now having to be rescheduled. I’d spend your money on anything… you’d get more relaxation burning the cash for heat than dealing with this place. After leaving this review, Message Envy responded to the review to contact them through their online portal. My wife has already contacted the site by phone. Why would an online portal provide a different outcome? By asking me to respond through your portal, your generic response (personal or bot???) only hopes that I won’t respond and you can continue your subpar service.

I would give it five stars, but, it is just too hard to get an appointment. The staff is friendly and they try to accommodate you, but, they just seem to be short staffed

Massages are great, just stinks that they are so busy and booked so far out that you have to book 2-3 months out to even get an appointment

Stay far away from this hole, unbelievably poor management and almost criminal like business practices. Signed up for the one year monthly subscription service, paid monthly and was only able to get 3 massages the entire year. Two month wait times and when I had a work event that was going to make me miss my Appmnt I went by the facility and asked if I could transfer my Appmnt to my wife they said sure, I asked if this would cost anything and was assured TWICE it would not. Wife took my massage and low and behold the full rate of the massage was charged to my credit card on file, called and asked the manager (the one that I had spoken to in person and was assured that it wouldn't cost anything to transfer) and I was told that yes, since she took my appointment the full rate was charged and she got very short and angry with me on the phone. This place needs to close...and close immediately, paid around 700.00 for two massages and one stretch..wow

I don't recommend this place at all. As a younger women I had a male worker make me very uncomfortable while doing my nails. He would call me baby and ask where I lived and what grade I was in. When I told him to stop he didn't and kept making me uncomfortable. For peoples safety I don't recommend going here.

What is wrong with this place. It says they open at 8:00 on Saturdays and here it is 8:30 and they are closed. I drove from Midwest Coty to the south side location for nothing. With all the recent bad reviews, I don’t foresee this place staying in business much longer!!!!

Received a $70 gift card for a massage for my birthday. When I called to book an appointment and redeem the gift card they said they didn't have any openings for at least 2 months and don't book further out than that. I asked them why they would sell gift cards knowing the people couldn't redeem them. Response: Sorry about that. Then asked them to refund the purchase to the people that bought it. Sorry, no refunds on gift cards. This place has got issues and I would stay far away from it. They have no resolutions to offer so basically it's a complete scam.

After having a 90 min massage booked weeks in advance, they call to tell me I am only getting 60 min massage (like that’s how it’s gonna be) because they misbooked me. It wasn’t my fault they didn’t schedule me correctly. I was told if I wanted my 90 min massage it would be another month to wait. Decided to have them remove me from their schedule all together since I got no apology. The last time I got a massage there, they shorted me 20 min because the therapist was late. Again, not my fault. I’m done there.

I was given a $120 day spa certificate as a birthday present, but I didn’t get around to using it until my next birthday. I forgot it, and my birthday caused me to remember it! They wouldn’t honor it. I don’t believe things like that should expire, especially for $120, so I never went back. Then I heard about the sexual assault problems. Dodged a bullet there. I’ve seen some good mentions of certain masseuses, and I can’t speak to that because I never got on a table, but I had to say my piece about the gift certificates. Make sure the recipient doesn’t forget like I did. They actually expire.

It is almost impossible to schedule an appointment. Meanwhile you are still charged your monthly fee. Their option is to pause your monthly membership still with a fee to even try to get you in. Even if you get in there is a good probability your appointment will get canceled or scheduled with someone who is not a fit for you. I have requested also to get additional sessions booked 4 times and each time they say will call back and do not. So you chase them to get services that you are getting deducted from your banking account. I requested a massage appointment in early January and having to wait until second week of March to get in but they have no issue still charging you monthly fees. I do not recommend them at all based on my experiences with them.
