This store has the most rude employees I have ever come in contact with. There were 4 of them that just had COMPLETE attitudes and didn’t even acknowledge any of the customers
The one that’s working at the fitting room area did it for me, I left after trying my clothes on.
The ladies at the register didn’t even acknowledge the people paying, they just had the number calling which register was open and then began scanning items without saying hi, hello, how are you, Nothing, it was awkward

Other states have these stores and they are packed with clothes and shoes and underwear , real clothes options
Oklahoma stores for this company have aisles of odd specialty food, cooking equipment and it never seems to change or I never see people buy this stuff.
In other states, they have a much better handle on overstock from first run stores you know, but boutique stuff you can wear to work, or church and to court or places you need to have on real clothes which are made of fabrics you can trust to perform.
There's almost no size clothes above 10 for women and nothing can be pulled together as any outfits.
They don't sell things as women suits, pants and a vest, jacket or skirts
Too many things are remnants of many years ago. And buyers for Oklahoma need to check and clean out these stores in Oklahoma and start over.
Shoe aisle has no place to sit to try on shoes.
Returns are easy enough.
I just don't see why this chain is not stocked with new stuff and lots of it every day.

Nice area, nice part of town, but the store has always looked like a strong wind hit the inside. Out of all the Marshall in OKC this one is the most ransacked. Southern one has been better everytime I've been (4) not a local.

This Marshalls feels a lot bigger than the one on Penn so it's a lot more spacious but overall the same, definetly has more jewelry and also more clothes to pick from! I'm terms of decor it's about the same amount and kind but I like it ?

Either the store, or the warehouse they get their products from has an extreme mold problem that no one seems to want to hear about. So if you’re highly allergic like I am, I wouldn’t suggest buying a thing from this store. It caused me to have a rash and shortness of breath/wheezing I tried getting a hold of Richard, the person who looks over the Marshall’s stores in this area. I left a message and never got a response.
I have had a problem 2 times out of a year, I love Marshall’s but I will not be shopping there ever again.

Visited in the evening before closing. The store closed at 9:30pm that night. I went to try on clothes at 8:40pm, which is nearly an hour before closing and the fitting room was already closed per the manager's order. Very inconvenient as a customer and for the store, I wasn't able to buy anything since I wasn't able to try on the clothes.

Cluttered. Not very organized. Aisles narrow. Good thing I was just looking because there really wasn't anything here that interested me at all.
