Purchased earbuds at TJ MAXX, and was told that we could make a return at any of the stores in their umbrella. Apparently this Marshalls isn’t under that umbrella even though they have signage saying that they are part of the TJ MAXX, Marshalls, and Home Goods conglomerate.

Couldn't shop comfortably. As employee was always in my way. When I asked for her to get by, she annoyingly asked,"Are you going to shop this area?" Not a lot of customers, yet the store was a mess.

This place has no regard for their employees! Their employees can be assaulted, swung at, spit on and still be fired after the cops ask where the suspect went and have to look outside and see where they went! After all the threats, knives pulled on them etc. They still won't hire a security guard who is trained to handle these things, they expect the workers to have to deal with it. This is negligence,. Just to save money for not having to hire security. With all the shoplifters and violent customers these workers deal with on a daily basis who aren't trained properly to deal with this stuff. But yet they get fired for being assaulted??? Are u serious? Had to put 1 star but 1 star is being very generous.

I like Marshall's a lot. This store tries to stay organized and clean. The area isn't the greatest so there tends to be a lot of missing items. Other than that it's like Ross with a bit more style and items.
