The lady who initially helped me set up my policy gave me so many discounts and got my premium to be low. I was thankful for that until several months later when Allstate was asking me for proof of my business and other things. It was then I realized that the front desk lady gave several discounts I actually didn't qualify for and I ended up being hurt later because of it.So, I decided to go to another insurance company and had my insurance canceled several days before my renewal. I woke up to Allstate still withdrawing the full 6-month premium from my account after I already had it canceled. I contacted the office through a texting number they gave me and they never texted me back and they always communicated with me when I was their customer. I don't appreciate the service and the communication.

Was fine till I stopped getting emails regular mail or notification of any kind called in and asked for a call back to discuss car not being driven six months later I have a negative collection...Never got that call back from my agent

I had a small tornado go through my yard and mess up my roof, on a Monday evening, since Tuesday I have been requesting to talk to Mark, it is Thursday and I have not heard from him yet, just keep getting g told he is out of the office, I have been working with Allstate claims since Monday, was told I would be contacted in the morning by an insurance adjuster, no call yet, on Tuesday was told I would have and adjuster out on Wednesday between 1 and 4, it is Thursday morning and still no adjuster, the only thing Allstate wants to do is get someone out to tarp my roof, they did that Monday night, THIS IS THE WAY THEY TREAT 100% DISABLED VETERANS CAN YOU IMAGINE HOW THEY TREAT OTHERS.
