Kelly is fantastic. My CPap stopped working and I could not get the medical supply company I bought it from to return my calls for over a week. I contacted Kelly at Major Medical Supply and she had me come in. She took the time to contact the company of my Cpap directly and within a couple of minutes had the answer to the problem. What a jewel. From now forward, I will not use any other medical supply company for my needs. Thank you, Kelly.

I ordered a rollator.I have bone cancer.They never gave me a rollator,but they have been paid for it.My husband ordered a hospital bed.They keep saying they are bringing it and it is on their truck but nobody shows up.He is sleeping in his electric wheelchair with sores covering his bottom because they wont bring his bed.He cant lay down.He has leukemia and is an amputee.We need help badly.It is horrible watching him cry daily.

Kelly is awesome! My 95 year old parents both needed CPAP machines. I live out of state and was struggling to figure out the paperwork. She helped me through all of it and was so incredibly patient when fitting them and setting up their machines. She always answered my emails quickly and returned my calls. We had tried another medical supply that told me it would take them 6-8 weeks to do the paperwork- Kelly had it done and had them set up in a week! I highly recommend Majors and Kelly!

In my opinion, Majors Medical billing department is one of the worst I have ever encountered. I have receive random bills, recently dating back to 2022, that are impossible to understand. I will NEVER do business with Majors Medical again. NEVER!

Thank you Carla for helping me with the process of ordering and getting my walker. She was really helpful explaining how the whole process works in order to get this done quickly.
