A shock broke on our motorhome as we were leaving Lawton. Despite it being 7:30 in the morning, Sam immediately answered his phone. He located replacement shocks, and made the repairs in record time. We were back on the road within 3 hours of our first contact. Thanks so much Sam!!!

I was in contact with someone from lucky's for nearly 2 weeks to get a pump checked on my truck. I had issues getting a reponse after leaving voicemails and texts. when I finally was able to get a date for the mechanic to come, they just ghosted me. Poor communication and customer service.

Sam is AWSOME !!! I put a banks programer on my truck last night and it messed things up !! I called Sam in a panic and he came to my house within 2 hrs and did what needed to be done ? !! While driving through OKC on my way to another city, I had an exhaust emergency and needed help immediately. I would highly recommend going to Lucky Diesel for all of your needs. I am someone that doesn't know a ton about trucks/cars and Sam was so patient with explaining things to me. I had called him because my husbands truck was doing somethings that weren't normal and he came out and told us exactly what needed to be fixed and two days later he was able to work on the truck. Sam isn't someone that's going to try to charge you for a bunch of extra things too which was a huge relief too. You always hear horror stories of shops doing that but he didn't. I would highly recommend coming here for all of your needs.
