I called to see about a trailer alignment. They said they could do one after 2:00. I get here 45 mph out of route to only be told the alignment guy is off on Tuesdays would have been nice if they mentioned that before. I drove all the way over here just saying

I asked the front desk, the wheel hub was leaking oil, can they fix it here? An old man said no problem. I have seen it with my own eyes. Just help me clean up. Then tell me no oil leaks. Charged $79. it's just funny！wasted a lot of time and money

The shop is super slow, super expensive, rude and they will break more than they fix, they take your truck apart and not put it back together, make sure you double check the areas they worked on. The first shift mechanic is rude and talks to you like you are his endangered servant, projecting all of his life’s shortcomings on you. It took them 18 hours before they told me to pull into the bay, utter waste of time and money stay far away.

Got into it with mecganic at petro lube bay. Guy wad rude and tried to over power me. Had left grease everywhere. Asked him to wipe it off. He stated "it's only grease font worry bout it!" Told him my truck, ur hired to do a job. Do as I ask you. Wasn't real impressed.
