This particular location by far is the worst customer service you could ever expect. Why would anyone go here when Home Depot is across the street? They continuously lack any type of customer service and do not seem to have the proper supervision to guide them in doing things, correct.

No customer service at all. Couldn't care less after making a sale. Once purchased, they will not contact you, but promise a "supervisor" will. It's been 11 days. Never again.

Customer service is a joke at this store. CS counter will keep you standing there 15 minutes. Rarely any cashiers on duty at this store. Management has chose to force self-service. Hard to find employees for assistance in various departments. Management and employees don't seem to care if you shop there or not. Much better cs at the 39th & May store.

Lowes supervisors and managers are horrible!!! They don't help the customer, they argue with the customer. I did like doing business with them in the past, but not anymore! We bought blinds for 32 windows in October 2023. Now here it is January 2024 and they still don't have our order right. Don't use them for blinds and again supervisors and managers are HORRIBLE!!! GO SOME PLACE ELSE, they do not provide quality service anymore.

Few employees are knowledgeable about their own products. It is impossible to find what we were looking for. No one could direct us to the correct area. Waste of time and energy.

Loved this location they had all the stuff I needed that the Quail Springs location didn't have. The employees were very helpful. I will definitely go back to that one. The one by memorial is ok, but they aren't very helpful, however, the one in Edmond extremely helpful and that is where I bought my merchandise from ?

Walked around for 15 minutes looking for items with no one offering assistance.Plenty of employees (after the holiday rush), including an older gentleman with a robust voice telling everyone what he was doing for the New Year.I finally downloaded the app and looked up my items for aisle numbers that way.

I find myself buying from Lowe's more than the home depot. Lowe's has better customer service and availability of parts.

Have been given the run around since the purchase of my wall oven. Jacob from appliances told me that he was going to call me on 12/18/23 about my matter, but he never did. He only said that to get rid of me. I've been waiting on my wall oven for a month, and I still haven't been contacted nor scheduled for installation. Right before Christmas and now I can't cook for my family because no one wants to help me.
