I had to search for assistance in order to get a key made, and even then, I had to wait a long time for help. The employees ignored us when we asked for assistance, and it was clear that the staff needs better customer service training. However, the cashier was incredibly helpful and friendly. My tip is that it seems the employees were lazy and unwilling to work.

No cashiers any longer, just under experienced door guards that cannot use the system.
Took three registers and two manger interventions over 35 minutes to finally ring something out.
Your staff is under experienced. The rest don’t speak or have the expertise to answer a question.
I can find better advice on YouTube and better prices on Amazon. I’m moving all of my business to neighborhood hardware store and my lumber business to someone who understands the trade.

Came in Today Saturday June 21, 2024. Someone came up and asks if I needed help. I did. An associate walked up to me and had this beaded eyed , confused look, Like he did not want to be bothered, his demeanor as if, what do you want. When a gentleman ask for his assistance, He was all in may be he DIG MEN! like I gotcha "BUBBA". When I say he was rude and Does not need to be in CS. Reporting to CORPORATE immediately!

I really appreciated the help I had while shopping. Young man named Aidan helped me!! So polite and kind!! They young lady who rang me up could not have been nicer. Great job on hiring Lowes!!!!

Just wanted to give a special shoutout to someone who helped me at this location today. I never did get her name but she was blonde and she had recently moved to OKC from Austin, TX if that narrows it down. She was incredibly helpful and informative, and I greatly appreciate her!

Treated like trash at self checkouts after realizing the price on my ladder was incorrect.
Waited 15 mins for "manager" older black lady to stop hugging on her other coworkers to come fix. When she arrived was very rude and short. Cut me off mid sentence and turned her back to me.
I spend thousands at your store. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE HERE AGAIN BECAUSE OF YOUR TEAM MEMBERS!

They've got some cool stuff compared to home depot, and prices weren't that bad. Although it seemed a few isles were shut down just to park forklifts
