Staff was friendly and helpful with an online pickup. Dude with the orange beanie was quick to say hello and get starting with the order pulling. Knew exactly what to do and gave some helpful information about the pro points on the Lowe’s app.

Tried another store first. They were out of 40 pound bags of topsoil that I was wanting to help weigh down the back of my truck. They didn't have any in stock. Went to Lowe's they had plenty there and cheaper price as well.

Assistant manager Martin is a WORTHLESS piece of sh*** !! I was trying to price match Tractor Supply with oil and he accused me of fraud and said he was going to email other lowes to warn them about me!!! WORSE RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER !!

Not enough employees. I do not want to be responsible for checking myself out. They don't pay me to do what is traditionally the stores responsibility.Offer additional discount for working I might consider.Doesn't anyone care about the people who are not employed due to self-service?These stores spend thousands of dollars on camera monitoring equipment to make sure people don't steal.How about investing in people?

This is by far the worst lowes that I have ever attempted to do business with. As a pro member, that does remodeling and flip homes, I constantly visit lowes and purchase $1,000s worth of product. Went to the mustang store and spent over $3,000 for a current project. They were missing three large items, and verified that this store had those items. After getting my supplies I left and headed straight to this store. Found what I needed and got to the pro desk. They were closed and it wasn't even 5pm. I went to customer service, were there was 4 employees leaning against the counter talking to each other. After standing there for a few seconds they asked if I "needed something" I explained the situation and simply wanted my pro discount applied to this purchase. They explained that the pro desk already went home and they couldn't do it. After a few back and fourths, of me expressing that it was iritating they took about 5 mins to contact a manager. Apparently all of them were either "out, at lunch, or they requested a no contact" the manager gets there and briefly says "pro desk is closed, I'm not willing to give you the pro discount. I expressed that it was a complete joke and he walked away. I asked the other employees for him card and they said he doesn't have a card. I asked for his name and they said they couldn't disclose that? So I waited about 3-4mins for him to come out from behind the wall were he was basically hiding.. and the other employees explained he wouldn't come out till I left. What a childish bunch of employees. Completely untrained In customer service. I enjoy going to lowes, and like I said spend THOUSANDS REGULARLY. But I will never return here again. Sad.

Further from me than the depot. But definitely as good. Both have pros and cons. Pro for lowes. Better screw/bolt assortment. And lumber seems to be a little cheaper. Craftsmen is home here. They definitely have the best clearance. Not 1 or 2 $ off. They mark it to get rid of it. Just gotta be on your toes.

Open the cap, check and make sure that the sealing is still there before purchase.I bought a wood putty and realized somebody poked the sealing with finger after I got back home.I returned to the store and requested refund. Refund took me 10 mins. I went to the item shelf and checked other merchandise. 2 other merchandise were damaged as well as you can see in picture.

Great place to go! Was able to.get most everything we needed for our home remodel here. John 3:16, Romans 3:23, 6:23, 5:8, 10:9, 13. KJV, Christ died for your sins too! He paid the price. So that you don't have too!

I only went in to purchase a couple of things and twice asked for help from two different employees and both acted as if I was bothering them. Sad the extreme lack of customer service. Then the employee moving the lift when she couldn't see and had no one directing her. Huge safety issue.I finally had to go to Walmart for the last item because I couldn't find it.

The intense heat didn't deter me from hunting for rocks, plants and other outdoor decor. When you get near end of season the value jumps up with mark downs on the plants, outdoor furniture, etc. it's totally worth it. I spent a good amount of time sorting through the markdown rack of plants selecting those that would perk up my dying flower bed. While I was out there I grabbed a few bags of rocks and potting soil. I made my way inside to the customer service counter. After getting the plants scanned, I learned not one of them was on mark down. Absolute drag! Oh well. I checked out with the rocks and potting soil... So here's a shout out to Tanner who was so kind to load the heavy bags of rocks in my car. That is a priceless service--so appreciated-- and keeps me coming back.
