Every single time I’ve gone into this location to get wood cut the saw has been down. Today I called ahead to be sure someone was there and saw was working so I would not waste my time. They told me to come in then, and there would be no problem when I arrive lo and behold the saw was down.

We placed an order for new products for our new home. Part of the order was delivered and the other part was sent to a store to be picked up. Unfortunately the store it was delivered to was across town. When I called to have the order delivered they wanted to charge me an additional 100.00 fee. I was also blamed by customer service stating it was my fault. Thanks but no thanks on any future business.

We were helped by Josh in the Lawn and Garden department and we were looking for a weed wacker/trimmer. He answered all our questions, was very candid and super helpful overall. Great demeanor and very approachable and I appreciated that he didn’t hunt us down and didn’t pull a “car salesman” approach. I felt very relaxed and we got what we needed at a very reasonable price! Thank you, Josh. Keep up the good work.

We went to buy a self propelled push mower and our sales representative was very devoted in helping us find what we need. He even carried it to our truck and placed it with efficiency, so it won’t get broken. So thank you again Lowes and your wonderful employees. The sales rep who was checking us out was above reproach. She was professional but also personable. She even made us laugh, we needed it . Yes we will go back again.

Waited 30mins to get a product off the shelf. Went up front to have some one paged to help twice. Called within the store and was on hold 10mins. Then I called for a manager and was hung up on. I called again and was told no one could get it off the shelf except the one person that works in appliances, that was helping another customer for over 30mins. I left at that point what a waste of time.

Toilet area was nasty.
I'M lightly handicapped, sitting on toilet was "Tricky". Leaned over to finish 'paper work' seat shifted and I fell off.
Your a supply house - fix seat, PLEASE.
Get your vendor to replace toilet paper dispensers.

I wish they had more seeds and were better at keeping planters pots made of clay at good prices all year.

All of the employees that load your truck take a 1 hour lunch around 2:30, it would make better sense to shuffle employees or hire more so that someone is available to load.
