Thank you Carlye for all of your help while we were in store on Saturday. We had a specific need and she helped us try out the available options with a very pleasant (and cheerful) attitude. I observed others in the store also greeted when they arrived and helped while they shopped.

Great place, very friendly and helpful staff. They helped me locate the right wheelchair after 2 returns. They had no problem allowing me to exchange the chair I bought until We had the right fit for my daughter!
I recommend their services to anyone in need of medical supplies! They are well stocked and will order your special needs.

The staff at Lindsey Medical Supply are so helpful. I had issues with the quality of a stabilizing boot and they worked with me to troubleshoot the issue trying numerous options and after determining it was defective, they exchanged it for a new one with not friction. Great customer service.

This place is great, big selection and amazing staff! I had no clue where to start... but I knew I needed wheels. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable on their products! I thought I was going to annoy these ladies with all my questions, but they spent the time to go over multiple chairs with me and show me the differences with smiles! I needed something I could take with me and ended up getting the Golden Stride Folding Power Wheelchair... on sale! I can't even explain how good I feel right now. This chair is so comfortable and I can easily take it with me! Maybe not the most important thing ha but I think I look pretty cool in this thing too!
Thank you so much Lindsey Medical for getting me into the right chair, it means the world to me!!

We've bought a wheelchair. A Golden Technology scooter and other merchandise.We highly recommend Lindsey Medical Supply. I had my scooter making a noise. We took it in for repairs and they found nothing wrong. The noise came from the grease being cold since we kept it in the car in cold weather.They are very friendly and honest.

Lily (from the store on 9600 May Ave,) was Awsome! She was very calm, professional and friendly, while assisting me with what was going to be a return - but instead I ended up taking my “return” with me and purchasing three more items!

I was in immediate need of a nebulizer for acute bronchitis, asthma and covid complications. I called and found Lindsey had the one I needed, the person said I could purchase but Lindsey did not help with Medicare and would not file a claim. I was desperate so went in to purchase it out of pocket and was then told I could not buy it without a doctor prescription. The person answering the phone in the am did not tell me this and my doctor was out. I would have gone somewhere else but I could barely breathe, if a very helpful doctor at my MD office had not signed off I would have left in real respiratory trouble and no nebulizer. Everyone in the store was smiling but unhelpful, told me to come back later when a doctor prescription was faxed to them. I just waited in the parking lot and finally got my nebulizer, had to pay out of pocket and file my own medicare claim with no help of guidance from Lindsey except the man working there said it was just too much trouble and 'they didn't fool with Medicare claims'.

Very knowledgeable and patient with repeated questions. Abbey was super helpful. Also, has a good selection of equipment. And just like Macy's, they had a suggestion about another store.
