I've used this pharmacy for the longest time and the last year or two they've really dropped the ball. From not calling or texting about denied prescriptions to things not being available when they say it is and having to be ordered. The staff gives false info about meds will be ready the next day and then you call that next day and they say oh it's not going to be here for another few days. My whole family uses this pharmacy and they all have issues as well. The lady I spoke to today was Debbie and was very rude. I really hate to leave and go to another pharmacy, but I think that's what's going to have to happen. This hasn’t been the first week have had issues with them.

I have a prescription that cost $1300. Because my insurance doesn’t cover it, I usually use a coupon which makes the prescription $500. For some reason this time my coupon wasn’t working. Rain, worked on trying to get the coupon to work for almost 2 days. Still no luck. She then offered to call the coupon manufacturer at 6:42pm. Please note that they close at 7pm. She then called me back and told me that she was able to get the coupon to work and waited for me to arrive after the store was closed so that I could pick up my prescription. Thank you Rain for going over and beyond to help me. I had given up but she kept trying until she got it to work. Excellent customer service!Update: All good things must come to an end. I called my prescription in and they were extremely rude to me. They kept telling me that they were working on it for 5 days. I called again a they then said that they don't carry the prescription anymore. It was the way she said it that made it offensive. I will no longer fill my prescriptions here.

This is like a drug store of long ago. They know me when I walk in. They are the nicest people you want to deal with. No long lines. If a line at all it moves quickly. Answers any questions I may have. I get excited when I know I need to go there to pick up my Rx. It feels like going to a friend or family house. In the store you can find little things of long ago which I enjoy looking thru and buying some. I can find unusual gifts there. I get a call from them on my birthday. The owner could not be any nicer. I truely love Lassiters I recommend them to people all the time and I recommend to you now. Even just to look at first. Also I take pain meds that other pharmacy run out of and have to order. Lassiters had never made me wait. They take care of their all time customers for sure. Try it. Stop in and see it’s worth the drive if you not near you I promise !!!

Have had a prescription called in since November 14th here it is December 21st still can't get it every time I call they say they are still working on it and they will call when it's ready glad it's not life or death it's only the medication I need to slow my kids deteriorating eye disease that will eventually make him go blind this place needs to be shut down

I was in a time crunch, so I called ahead to see if my prescription was filled already. Otherwise, I would try later. I was told that it was filled. I get there and it’s not filled. I also get the medication for a price that is roughly 2-3 times other places. How? I ate the cost for the sake of time/convenience. Good on them for fulfilling the order, albeit late, but everything else was a mess and made me feel awful.

There is almost always an issue when coming to pick up my prescriptions that I order in advance. Still having to wait more than 10 minutes defeats the purpose of calling in my prescriptions. Other times like today, I have left Lassiter without any prescriptions because there is always some sort of miscommunication no matter how simple the request is. I have visited the pharmacy 3 days in a row for said prescription and today I was told it won’t be ready till two days from now. As a customer, I do my part of the transaction and order my refills but it feels like the conversations I have with the techs are imaginary, especially when I get there and no one has completed my order. I thought maybe these problems were just in my case, but seeing the other recent reviews tells me I’m not the only customer frustrated. I cannot wait to transfer to a new pharmacy.

They don't have the same quality of care as the had years ago. A friend of mine on Medicade is using an inhaler and they notified him that they would no longer carry it for him because they were not making enough money on it. And I had problems with the nurse getting my Covid shots, I wasn't told by Children's hospital not to laminate my shot card and she just kept going on and on about how people shouldn't have done it. Once told is enough not 8 or 9 times. Then calling her friend in after calling my name and then saying she goofed by calling my name. And she came in 10 minutes after me.

First let's start off they need to give their Pharmacy techs more training on customer service skills, and I noticed there's a lot of miscommunication when it comes to my medications being filled properly, I called last week for medication to be transferred from Texas from Arlington and it still hasn't been taken care of, and the pharmacy tech was very rude. I'm transferring. Don't need to be treated rude.

Absolutely awful attitudes. Was treated like a druggy trying to fill early. Even though it was a mistake from a previous pharmacy sending it over. Fixed it, but then gave me the wrong kind after I called 3 times to make sure they had a specific kind. All I was told was nope this is all we have. I would rather drive an hour and be stabbed in the eyeballs than deal with this pharmacy ever again. Absolute joke they are in business. GO ELSEWHERE PEOPLE
