Service department never returns your call. Service department has had my vehicle for for over two months. Salesman at the time of purchase said, they offer free rentals. I’ve never been offered one. For such a high-end vehicle, I got the worst customer service and service department.

Shout out to the Service Team at Land Rover OKC….. My first encounter was to fix my breaks! Appointment was made 3 days from my call and I got it done the same day.
My second service was to do the normal service, appointment was scheduled 2 days from my call, got my car back the same day!
Now my 3rd service here is a panel that was supposedly replaced by Land Rover Tulsa and is defective! I called and they ordered the part and within 1 week I got a call back to schedule the appointment to install, I got an appointment within 2 days, and my panel was fixed same day.
The service department in OKC is top notch!!!!!
I highly recommend anyone that lives in Tulsa to do the drive to the city to get your car serviced. So worth it! It’s like day and night compared to the service in Tulsa! They also have a very comfortable waiting area with snacks, drinks, and a tv, it’s like sitting in your very own living room.

My salesperson was Foss and he made a decent first impression. Got an offer on my trade in and was going to accept. Went to negotiate to see if I could get any more off. Then I got a call from Sean the General Manager. He essentially talked me out of the sale. And he didn’t honor the trade in offer.

I received exceptional service from the service department during my recent journey from Utah to the Ozark Mountains in my 2004 Land Rover Discovery. While driving, we encountered a troubling squeaking sound, initially attributed to the belt tensioner pulley by a mechanic in Albuquerque, NM. Continuing our drive, the intermittent squeaking persisted until it escalated into a clicking clunking noise, prompting concern about a potential wheel bearing issue.
It was a Saturday, and I was relieved to find the service department open until 4 p.m., conveniently located just five minutes from the NAPA store where I obtained the tensioner. The team at the service department was incredibly accommodating, listening to my situation with empathy. Despite only having 30 minutes before closing, they swiftly examined my vehicle and identified the culprit: a failing front driveshaft.
Interestingly, I had replaced the front driveshaft with a grease-able one just 10,000 miles ago and had ensured my truck was thoroughly serviced for the trip, including a full inspection at a shop in Utah. However, it turned out that although the front differential fluid was replaced, the driveshaft wasn’t greased. The Land Rover dealer greased both the driveshaft, advising me to monitor any worsening vibrations and pull over if necessary, though they reassured me that I should safely reach Arkansas.
Their outstanding service and invaluable advice likely spared my vehicle from more severe damage, potentially saving both the driveshaft and transmission from destruction. Upon reaching my destination, I opted to remove the front driveshaft and engage the center differential lock, limiting my off-roading adventures in the Mountains but ensuring I could make it back to Utah.

Ridiculous waste of my time, money, and patience. Incompetent. Did nothing. Had an appt for simple job. Car sat unseen for 5 days. After waiting for 2 months for appointment date. Will NEVER use or recommend. Warning everone. Run....dont walk...away from using this place. Nice waiting room however.

Highly recommend getting your vehicle from this dealership, Ronnie was absolutely amazing and worked with me via phone for weeks until I was able to come down to the city. I came in on his day off (I didn’t know this) and he still came in and met with me and then other sales team members helped out with the process which is very nice to see. Being a young female it is sometimes worrisome to go to dealerships or mechanics but I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of what so ever. I will definitely will be using them for all my future purchases. Thankyou!
