Meh. Some what fair pricing but the establishment itself has been less then appealing every time I’ve been at the property taking stuff to and from storage. From dirt nasty mattresses to random just trailers parked at the property while loaded with debris. If I didn’t have as much property as I do in the storage units I would absolutely relocate my belongings.

So far so good.... The storage unit was actually bigger than I thought and I have a climate control and it is pretty cold in there which it should be because of the heat.
The staff seems very nice but I haven't really had to have a lot of interaction with them because everything was ready to go.
The thing I like best is that I did my paperwork online and was able to sign everything and they actually had discounts for a couple of months so that really helped.
I would highly recommend this storage to anybody that is looking for one.

Overpriced. Kept raising prices over a few years. $65 when we started. $135 by the time we'd had enough. must provide proof of insurance. We found a good used shed, put it in our yard, and have saved money ever since.

My experience with KO storage has been a good one. The storage unit I rented served my purpose. The rental rate was user friendly. The location was convenient enough for me and the staff was courteous and friendly. Thank you KO Storage.

Everything has been great with k.o storage, since I have been here. I've been here since Oct 13,2023 and I called 2day for a move out date and everything was smooth sailing!!! Thank you very much and I will use you again in the near future and will always refer people to your storage service. You have the best prices in okc and safest storage in okc!!!

If I could give a negative star rate I would. This has to be the most unprofessional place ever. My friend got stuck inside because of the broken gate situation for over 24 hours. No reimbursement and communication is basically non existence.

Maryann was Extremely Helpful, and even Happy to help! Which given the times we live in was a Nice Suprise! She made the process easy and stress free.I Happily give Her 5 STARS!As far as the company, I give them 3 STARS because, They have raised the Rates 2 times in about 6 months and the increases have been Very Significant!Not sure how much longer I can afford to use them.

Has raised fees twice within a year. Each time was based on "improvements." I've not seen one improvement. I'm looking around and will empty out my unit as quickly as I can.
