Quick and efficient. The check in kiosk was easy to use, and they got me in almost immediately. The woman helping me got right to the point, and made the whole appointment simple and painless! Thank you!

Check in process is not existent. The lady sitting at the desk does not acknowledge you then she acted confused and said did you check in on the tablet? There’s no sign or clear instruction to sign in on the tablet FIRST. What is the purpose of a receptionist if not to greet, welcome and explain things??

Not good.
While I can understand the frustration of dealing with difficult people, the front Clerk should save her angry voice for them, and treat everyone else courteously.
Also, there is almost no privacy at this location. The bathroom door has no lock, but features a gaping crack from top to bottom, leaving you visible and vulnerable. That being said, only one person walked by the door while I was using the restroom, and seemed to have accidentally peeked.

I would highly recommend this location. The facility is neat and clean with nice and professional staff. Normally, it takes a few tries on both arms before they find a vein. However, Toni was able to not only find my vein after one try, but I NEVER felt the needle go in! KUDOS to excellent service Toni!!!

I was a walk-in, no appointment, waited maybe 10 minutes to be brought back. The woman who drew my labs was incredible. I'm pretty sure she could've chucked the needle from across the room and still hit my vein, no one has ever stuck me so quickly and painlessly. I told her I could pass out and she was super accommodating and kind and patient. Definitely don't see why there's a 2.7 star rating.

Very unprofessional staff. I went to do drug test for my new employment with my 4+ year daughter.they attended to 3 person that came after me before telling me they won’t attend to me because of my daughter.

I don’t know why it has such ill reviews but this is the second time I’ve been here to do lab work. It has been a very pleasant experience both times. Both were quick and efficient. Cherry (I hope I spelled her name right) is super nice and helpful.

I rarely leave negative reviews. However, this one is warranted. Sherry, the lady conducting my drug screening was extremely rude and had awful mannerisms. She seemed like she didn't want to be there or something. Her social skills are absolutely disgusting. She was very hostile and treated me like I was ruining her day. It's a shame that people like her can work in such professional environments and behave that way. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Their supervisor was very nice and respectful, though.

Horrible customer service. I would give a 0 star if I could. My God very hostile. The girl who did my test Diawanda made me feel like running away demeaning and zero customer service. I’m never going back there for any tests. Terrible experience.
